Jorge Baldemar Utrilla Robles (born 21 April 1961) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). In the 2003 mid-terms he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies to represent the first district of Chiapas during the 59th Congress.[1] He previously served as municipal president of Yajalón from 1980 to 1982 and from 1992 to 1995.[1]
