Jonah Chapman (born 11 January 2009) is a New Zealand actor, model] and YouTuber. He gained prominence for his role as Elliot Stanmore in the 2024 season of the television series Shortland Street.
Early life and education
[edit]Chapman was born in Hamilton, New Zealand, and currently resides in Red Beach. He attended the Northern School of Performing Arts, where he trained in drama and musical theatre. He plays the drums and dances hip-hop.
Career
[edit]Chapman began to act in theatre, playing Benji in Priscilla Queen of the Desert and Pugsley Addams in Addams Family (both in 2022) at Orewa College. In 2024, he made his television debut as Elliot Stanmore on Shortland Street.
Chapman models for the agency Red 11 Models.
He runs two YouTube channels, TangyBlanket889 and Pelicone.
