John Laurence Milne is a British politician who has been the Member of Parliament for Horsham since 2024. A member of the Liberal Democrats, he gained the seat from Jeremy Quin, a member of the Conservative Party.[1]

Political career[edit]

At the 2024 General Election, Milne gained a majority vote share in the newly drawn boundary of Horsham achieving 21,632 votes.[2]

Education[edit]

Between 1979 and 1982, Milne was awarded a scholarship and completed his Bachelor of Arts course in English Literature at the University of Oxford.[3]
