Jill Zwick (born June 12, 1944) is an American politician.[1]
Born in Chicago, Illinois, Zwick went to Bradley University and Roosevelt University majoring in business. Zwick is a Republican and served on the Kane County Board. From 1981 to 1987, Zwick served in the Illinois House of Representatives.[2][3] She was primaried by her ex-husband Morton "Mort" Zwick and she withdrew from the race.[4][5]
Zwick served as state director for six years from 1992-1998 under Senator Carol Moseley-Braun.[6][7] She then became director of the Department of Intergovernmental Affairs in the Illinois Secretary of State’s Office under Secretary of State Jesse White.[6]
After 22 years in the Department of Intergovernmental Affairs, Zwick retired in 2021.[6]
