With his expertise in various fields (construction, renovation of historical buildings, residential, hotel and logistics) he is also keen to participate in the influence of his country, create jobs or respond to issues that affect him such as education, medical or environment.

OTT Heritage is also the majority shareholder of Courbet Héritage, a company listed on Euronext Access (ISIN code: FR0004998318 - Mnemonic: MLCOU), a holding company with subsidiaries in real estate development and hotel and commercial asset management. Its investment strategy, which extends over a 5 to 10-year horizon, is based primarily on the renovation and repositioning of under-valued assets, contributing to the enhancement of tourist destinations and local heritage, particularly in France and Europe (Prague).
