Jason Ng Thien Yeong (simplified Chinese: 黄天荣; traditional Chinese: 黃天榮; pinyin: Huáng Tiānróng; born 1992) is a Malaysian politician and lawyer who has served as Member of the Perak State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Astaka since November 2022. He is a member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition. He was Political Secretary to the Member of Parliament (MP) for Beruas Ngeh Koo Ham, Branch Secretary of DAP of Sitiawan and Division Youth Secretary of DAP of Beruas.[1][2]

In the 2022 Perak state election, Ng made his electoral debut after being nominated by PH to contest for the Astaka state seat.[3] Ng won the seat and was elected to the Perak State Legislative Assembly as the Astaka MLA after defeating Chieng Lee Chong of Barisan Nasional (BN) and Yong Il Yan of Perikatan Nasional (PN) by a majority of 17,835 votes.[4]
