James Edward Ulland (June 30, 1942 – November 29, 2024) was an American politician in the state of Minnesota. He served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1969 to 1977 and in the Minnesota Senate from 1977 to 1985. He served as Minnesota Senate Minority Leader from 1983 to 1985.[1] Ulland died on November 29, 2024, at the age of 82.[2]
