JSC Lokomotiv Kurastyru Zauyty (Kazakh: АҚ Локомотив құрастыру зауыты, AQ Lokomotıv qurastyrý zaýyty) is a subsidiary of Kazakhstan's national railway company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy which builds GE Transportation TE33A locomotives at a factory in Nur-Sultan which was opened by President Nursultan Nazarbayev on 3 July 2009.[1][2] It was also contracted to overhaul 404 2TE10 locomotives for parent KTZ.[3]
