Ismail Shafeeu, (Dhivehi: އިސްމާޢިލް ޝަފީއު; born 15 March 1955) is a Maldivian politician, who is the incumbent minister of Ministry of Education.[1][2][3][4][5] He was a board member of the Maldives Monetary Authority from 1990 to 2005.[6] He was also one of the members of the Commission of National Inquiry (CoNI).[1]
Education
[edit]He obtained an economics degree in Macquarie University, Australia. He was a Hubert Humphrey scholar and undertook a year-long program of study in Boston University. He also took a course in regional development at the UN Centre for Regional Development in Japan.[1]
