Inga Ruginienė (born 24 May 1981) is a Lithuanian trade unionist and politician of the Social Democratic Party. She has served as chairwoman of the Lithuanian Trade Union Confederation since 2018, and as vice president of the European Trade Union Confederation since 2023.[1] In the 2024 parliamentary election, she was elected member of the Seimas.[2]
