Ankumbura Arachchige Heshan Vijaya Withanage, commonly known as Hesha Withanage, is a Sri Lankan politician and a member of the Sri Lankan parliament from Ratnapura Electoral District as a member of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya.[1]
