Gerardo Ulloa Pérez (born 29 October 1965) is a Mexican politician. At different times he has been affiliated with the Party of the Democratic Revolution (PRD) and with the National Regeneration Movement (Morena).

In the 2003 mid-terms he was elected to the Chamber of Deputies to represent the State of Mexico's 29th district (Nezahualcóyotl) for the PRD.[1] He was re-elected to Congress in the 2024 general election for the State of Mexico's 30th district (Nezahualcóyotl) on the Morena ticket.[2]
