Francesco Cernuto (born 25 January 1992) is an Italian footballer who plays as a defender for Paganese.
Club career
[edit]He made his Serie C debut for Treviso on 2 September 2012 in a game against Cuneo.[1]
On 2 September 2019, he signed a 2-year contract with Triestina.[2]
On 31 January 2021 he moved to Paganese.[3]
