The Flag of Pichincha (Spanish: Bandera de Pichincha) was officially adopted on May 8th, 1979 by the provincial government of Pichincha.

Civil flag

The flag is a vertical bicolour the golden yellow represents the wealthy rich culture of the province, red represents the blood shed by the heroes of the Battle of Pichincha of 1822.

State flag

The state flag is used by the provincial government. The state flag is marked with the shield (Spanish: Escudo) on the center.
