I believe this file cannot be easily replaced with a free-use image because all freely available images of the university campus are taken from ground level, and they only show the main building. By contrast, this image provides an aerial view that shows the entire campus, including all buildings and grounds. It also uniquely illustrates the university's location by showing the surrounding areas, including nearby Lake Michigan. Ckosanke (talk) 15:42, 22 October 2014 (UTC)
