Summary

Description
English: Nergal, a god of war, death and disease and has been described as the "god of inflicted death." The German Wiki has (translated) "It shows the blade of a sword at the bottom, merging into a man's torso at the top. The shoulders are formed by two lions, the sword hilt or body again by two lions lying vertically with their heads down."
