The Vaccine Damage Payments (Specified Disease) Order 2020
Description
English: Article 2 of this Order adds COVID-19 to the diseases to which the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979 applies. Article 3 modifies the condition of entitlement in section 2(1)(b) of that Act so that it is not a condition in relation to COVID-19 that the vaccinated person was under eighteen at the time the vaccination was given nor that there was an outbreak of the disease within the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man at that time.
