Description
English: Blockade and rescue of neurulation movements in α-N-catenin-depleted embryos. Embryo on the left is an uninjected control. Middle embryo was injected with 20 ng of αNC morpholino in to each dorsal animal cell of the 8 cell stage, the embryo on right was injected with a morpholino-resistant αNC mRNA following the injection of the morpholino.
