Fatima El Kettani is a Moroccan psychologist and author. She is known for her work in the field of mental health–including Escaping from Freedom, the game of married life, and His Great Moral with Children– An Analytical Study of Childhood in the Life of the Prophet Muhammad. She appeared in shows on Moroccan and Lebanese TV.

El Kettani, Fatima (2011). How to earn your Teenager's Trust. Beirut: Arab Scientific publishers. This book has been prepared to achieve the following objectives: Firstly, to raise awareness among parents about the characteristics and traits of their teenage children, which make them experience a crucial phase of life that is unique and different from other stages. Secondly, to acquaint parents with the proper ways that help them build a good relationship with their teenage children, while also achieving mutual satisfaction in the relationship.[1]

El Kettani, Fatima (2011). The game of Married Life. Beirut: Arab Scientific publishers. This book is a psychological guide towards a marital life where you win yourself without losing your partner in the relationship. It is a game of balance.

El Kettani, Fatima (2013). Release the Giant from the Inside of Your Child. Beirut: Arab Scientific publishers. The book is about the early stages of human life and the role of parents in the development of the child.[2]

El Kettani, Fatima (2015). Awaken to see the light within you. Beirut: Arab Scientific publishers. It sheds light on how we can know and understand ourselves, reaching a level of awareness that helps us see the light within us - the light of innate nature when it meets the light of guidance. Thus, insight opens, the heart is reassured, the mind is at ease, and we feel inner security and peace.

As the doctor said: "I found myself being true when I knew her, so I loved her, nurtured her, and appreciated her.. I found myself being true when I found in her my identity, my home, and my refuge.. I found in her what I was searching for outside myself, I was searching for security, happiness, and goodness, so I found in her security, happiness, and goodness".[3]

El Kettani, Fatima (2020). Escaping from Freedom. Beirut: Arab Scientific publishers. The book is about the causes of suffering,[4][5] and Wake up to see the light that is inside yourself, a 2015 book about the human being as a soul, a body, and a self that is composed of two selves.[6]

Psychological Toxins (2021) is about negative thoughts and feelings.[7]
