Infrastructure Issues

[edit]

As the chairman of the Shirinoo City Council, Bahmani has frequently highlighted the **infrastructure challenges** facing the city. He has criticized the lack of educational facilities and the delays in completing construction projects. Bahmani has called for faster completion of these projects to improve the living conditions, especially in areas affected by industrial pollution from nearby South Pars industries.[1] He has also noted the need for better infrastructure to accommodate the rapid population growth caused by the industrial expansion in the region.[2]

Property Ownership Issues

[edit]

Bahmani has also been vocal about the **property ownership issues** in Shirinoo. He has urged judicial authorities to resolve long-standing land ownership problems, which he claims have been unfairly neglected compared to other regions in Iran. These issues primarily relate to the division and registration of land titles, which have created difficulties for the local residents.[3]

Achievements

[edit]

Bahmani has significantly contributed to local governance, media and community development in Iran. His leadership roles in several councils demonstrate his dedication to public service and citizen engagement.

Recently, he was elected as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Press House of Bushehr Province, highlighting his influence and commitment to the media sector.[4]

Recently, according to reports, a higher authority attempted to impose a mayor on the Shirinoo City Council. However, Bahmani actively opposed this decision, advocating for the mayor approved by the members of the City Council. He called for the issuance of a decree for the mayor confirmed by the City Council members, highlighting his commitment to local democracy. This initiative shows his determination to uphold the council's autonomy and reflect the will of the community.[5]

He has also been introduced as the first Chairman of the Islamic Council of Shirinoo Port, a notable accomplishment as he played a critical role in elevating Shirino from a village to a city.[6]

Furthermore, through his advocacy with the Minister of Interior, Bahmani successfully secured substantial funding for the development of the fishing port, which aims to improve the livelihoods of coastal residents.[7][8]
