Dragoman (Bulgarian: Драгоман [drɐɡoˈman]) is the seat of Dragoman Municipality in the Sofia Province, western Bulgaria. The town is located very close to the border with Serbia. As of 2011[update] the population was 5,362.[1]

Political situation
[edit]Mayor of the Dragoman Municipality is Andrey Ivanov, on the results of elections from November 8, 2011. Political party – GERB (Bulgarian: ГЕРБ, derived from Граждани за европейско развитие на България/Grazhdani za evropeysko razvitie na Balgariya, "Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria"), is a Bulgarian centre-right political party.
Honour
