[edit]- @Princess of Ara: I saw the article as a prospect that why I decided to add relevant sources for him to pass WP:BASIC, WP:BIO and it has good WP:SIGCOV, also take notes of WP:CREATIVE #2 , #4
- He has his contribution as a monument see
- His dance has been featured by Sarkodie (rapper) a Ghanaian rapper and "Rock body" used by Wiyaala [7]
- He has more than 40 pieces of choreography, many of which he performed himself see [8]
- He is the first to introduce styles like jazz and contemporary african cultural choreography forms [9]
- He has created a range of dances, ranging from solos to large-scale creations of full programs, such as “Base” (2018) [10]
- Contributing to raise awareness about breast cancer.[11] [12] Wasilatlovekesy (talk) 14:48, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, most of the sources you have cited are neither independent (of the subject) nor reliable as they are mostly "paid-for" puff pieces. I don't see anywhere it says that he created a dance that became mainstream. Also doing work for/with notable subjects does not make one inherently notable as notability is not inherited. You can however resubmit and let another reviewer take a look. Princess of Ara 15:13, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
@Princess of Ara: Talking about dance being mainstream see below :
- As a professional dancer and choreographer, he has performed several choreographies, including the “base”, a solo he created and performed himself in 2017 that was re- originated in prints and currently use as monumental pieces for tourists at National Museum of Ghana [13]
- He created some dances from Africa, but especially from border life in Ghana, the most famous being the Illuminati dance of Sarkodie [14]
- He initiated the dance move titled Rock body used by Noella Wiyaala, a Ghanaian Afro-pop singer-songwriter. Van Calebs’ dance move called illuminate dance which was used in the music video of Ghanaian rapper, songwriter, and entrepreneur, Michael Owusu Addo known professionally as Sarkodie’s gave the music more accolades. [15]
- He also channelled his frustrations into the creation of this dance styles like ‘base’ that he is popularly known for. The dance step has since spread around Africa most especially Ghana, giving the creators a vehicle through which his struggles can finally be heard, and his feelings about his situations expressed and understood] [16]Wasilatlovekesy (talk) 16:21, 1 May 2024 (UTC)
- Its okay. You can resubmit the article. Let another reviewer take a look. I might be wrong. Princess of Ara 17:20, 1 May 2024 (UTC)

- No one is mandated to respond to you. However, your draft doesn't meet WP:GNG and you should not try to point your opinion for people to believe you. Are there awards like two to three that is notable per WP:ANYBIO? Safari ScribeEdits! Talk! 18:07, 26 August 2024 (UTC)
