Draft needs improvement

[edit]

I would appreciate any comments or suggestions for improving this draft. Additionally, if anyone can help with references or citations, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you MohamoedKhaledZ010 (talk) 11:07, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

MohamoedKhaledZ010, I recommend finding additional references for the sentences in the article that are currently unsourced. These are likely to be challenged and removed, since original research is not allowed. If you have questions about how to cite or create references, please let me know and I can help, but the ones you've added so far look like they are formatted correctly. Thanks for your input, @Fritzmann2002. Is Press Release counted as acceptable reference? MohamoedKhaledZ010 (talk) 02:10, 28 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia does have a policy on press releases as a source. The summary of it is that they are not independent, so they don't contribute to notability, and they are also not considered reliable for most claims. However, for some basic and undisputable facts they can be used, like perhaps the date someone was made CEO of a company. Fritzmann (message me) 03:12, 28 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, @Fritzmann2002; this was of help. MohamoedKhaledZ010 (talk) 16:12, 28 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I also just want to make sure, do you have a conflict of interest with regards to this person, or have you been paid in any way to work on this article? Fritzmann (message me) 23:21, 27 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I understand how important it is for academic reasons and I appreciate your concern. No, I don't - the subject of the draft is linked to my larger interest area. MohamoedKhaledZ010 (talk) 02:15, 28 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
