Why can't this article be published?

I have compiled this article of Rajendra Khetan , one of the richest man in Nepal who was a politician, industrialist, investor and a celebrated figure in Nepal. As mentioned in the comment about being commercially motivated, however i deny anything about it. This article purely comes as a project to start my wikipedia learning and editing journey.
