Hoping to keep this article from being deleted[edit]

I'm adding this comment in hopes that this will delay the deletion of this article. I don't want the labor of writing this article to go to waste. I believe that eventually there will be an academic article that can be referenced to justify the existence of this article. As previously explained, it deserves to be split off the Condorcet method article because pairwise vote counting is also used by non-Condorcet methods, even if those other vote-counting methods are not yet notable.
