This article submission was declined on the grounds of not having enough significant coverage in reliable sources. I believe that the reviewer may have misunderstood or did not fully engage with the sources, because both books were written by academic researchers and each have chapters dedicated to the history of LELO. I have updated the references to reflect that. In addition, the finding aids listed as sources reference the administrative history note written by the processing archivist, not the unpublished material, and they typically meet the Wikipedia reliability guidelines.
