Wiki policy - conflict of interest.[edit]

I am the author and maintainer of MiniBasic. So I have a conflict of interest, but not a serious one. The documentation is available as a printed book so I have a tiny financial interest, but no-one sane would see that as large enough to corrupt. But as the creator, of course I want to present it positively.

However I beleive I am follow the policy asked for by Wikipedia. I looked up the list of compilers for another reason, and it contained a list of Basic Interpreters, and it included a request to add entries. So of course I added MiniBasic. And I tried to add a link, but it didn't seem to like than, and wanted creation of an entry. So I created the entry.

So I doing what I was requested by the people who maintain Wikipedia. Malcolm McLean (talk) 23:23, 21 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
