Request to Move Page

[edit]

Hello, I created this draft under the placeholder title "The Kid They Call The Kid," but now need to change it to the correct title, "Michael Rose (actor)." My account is not autoconfirmed, so I can't move the page myself. Could someone please assist with this? Thank you! The Kid They Call The Kid (talk) 20:32, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Why do you want this to be moved instead of just resubmitting this through articles for creation? GrayStorm(speak with me|look at what i do) 21:54, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Apologies, this is my first time submitting an article so I'm a bit confused on how this all works. Basically it was rejected already, so I just fixed the errors. Then I went to resubmit and realized I still had the placeholder title, so when I wrote in the actual intended title, "Michael Rose (actor)", it says the page doesn't exist and a red ! shows up on the articles for creation submission page. An online forum said to have an experienced wiki user create the page since I don't have the necessary access to with my new account.
Is there a better way I'm missing? Thank you again -

I have moved the page to Draft:Michael Rose (actor). Does this resolve your issue? Deauthorized. (talk) 22:30, 9 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Yes! Thank you so much. I just resubmitted the page and all looks good - will wait to see if it gets accepted now.
