Posted to my user talk page but here is the better place.
There is a lot of material in my article which does not have anything to do with the RAF site. I and my parents happen to have known Michael Le Bas's parents very well over many years and we lived 10 minutes walk from their house and were often invited to theirs. Naturally the career time line parallel's that on the RAF site as it would do as it his career. In the RAF site for example there is no mention of the book on his role in a Spitfire squadron in Malta nor about his brother Richard who died in the 2nd Battle of El Alamein while serving in a tank regiment. @Mruthsanderson:
@Mruthsanderson: I marked your submission as a copyright violation not because the overall similarity to the rafweb.org but because of exact text copy pasted from that site. I used this tool to find those copyright violations. You can use it in the future to double check your work. I have removed the copyrighted material so you are free to resubmit this article. If you would like I can resubmit it on your behalf (you will still be marked as the submitter). I left a new comment for future reviewers about the sources which you may want to pay attention to. Although not required page numbers are appreciated for book sources. I appreciate your contributions and want to make you feel welcome to contribute to wikipedia. Please let me know if I can do anything to assist that. Czarking0 (talk) 18:36, 16 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@CzarKing0, please do remove any text that is in violation of Copyright in the career time line and please resubmit on my behalf. I cannot give page numbers unfortunately as I do not have hard copies of these texts, only electronic versions without page numbering. Mruthsanderson (talk) 19:43, 16 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
