Justification for existence of this page?

Is there any reason to have this page? India has many 'official' symbols for various states, with varying degrees of authoritative sourcing. There are state animals, birds, flowers, trees, even butterflies. But amphibians? So far there is just no indication that any of the herps are treated in this way.
