General Notability - should move to main space

User:Muboshgu I am unclear why Janelle Stelson does not fit the general notability guidelines. As a journalist she is as important - or more important - than the three former on-air staff who have articles and are listed on the WGAL page (Bill Kuster, Marijane Landis and Wendall Woodbury) and yet they have pages. Indeed she has more published references about her than either of the men who held the same or a lesser position and yet their notability has never been questioned. While she is not elected yet, and thus is not a political figure, she is certainly generally notable. ~~~~

WP:OTHERSTUFF existing does not mean tis should too. I saw a biography on a non-notable politician that I did not think would survive at AFD and chose to WP:DRAFTIFY – Muboshgu (talk) 20:10, 27 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
