Plot
[edit]Cleveland and his family go visit an executor for the reading of Cleveland's ex-wife Loretta's will. The executor reveals that Cleveland Jr. is set to inherit all of his Loretta's belongings and that he is forbidden to disclose the amount or give any estate to Cleveland. While Jr. gives presents to his family, Freight Train and Cookie announce their plans to remarry, a ceremony which Jr. offers to pay for. Cookie pushes Freight Train to offer their son Cleveland the position of best man, but takes back his offer once he realizes his bond with Robert, Donna's previous husband, and gives him the position, instead.
Freight Train and Robert discover that they have so much in common that neither one shows up for the wedding, leaving Cookie at the alter. Cookie decides to stop giving Freight Train chances and leaves to go home. Cleveland goes to confront Freight Train at his apartment and finds him and Robert sleeping off a night of drinking. After failing his attempt to fight his father, Cleveland tells Freight Train that he is a coward, who is afraid of marrying Cookie. Freight Train realizes this himself and rushes back to the house to stop Cookie.
They find the wedding guests have remained at the house long after the ceremony's intended time, staying just for the food and beverages. Before Cookie leaves, Freight Train proclaims his love for Cookie, to which she agrees to finish the ceremony. Freight Train again offers Cleveland the position of best man, but he declines in favor of giving away his mother.
