Yorlet is a software as a service (SaaS) company based in London, England. The company primarily offers property management software and payments processing to real estate owners and operators.
In February 2022, Yorlet raised a £350k in a seed funding round, led by Goldsmith Ventures.[1][2]
In March 2024, Yorlet announced they had passed £100 million in payments processed.[3]

Yorlet's software automates lease management, contract signing with electronic signature, rent collection, rental arrears recovery, landlord and contractor management, and payment processing.

[edit]In March 2022, Yorlet announced partnerships with Canopy, TDS and Alan Boswell to offer customers tenant referencing and insurance services.[4]
In August 2022, Yorlet partnered with Fronted to offer renters a lifetime deposit that could be transferred from their existing tenancy to a new home without having to save for a whole new deposit.[5]
