York IE is a venture capital and advisory firm based in Manchester, New Hampshire.
The firm was founded in September 2019 by Kyle York, Joe Raczka, and Adam Coughlin, three early employees of Dyn, an internet infrastructure company that Oracle acquired in 2016.[1] Instead of raising a traditional fund and charging co-investors a management fee, York IE invests through a syndicate model.[2]
York IE launched its startup services practice in June 2020[3] and opened a development office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India in 2021.[4] The firm's more than 50 investments include Pixaera,[5] Lytica,[6] Canvs,[7] Metadata,[8] Vetro,[9] Cognitive Space,[10] and PeakMetrics.[11]
York IE also publishes a semi-annual report on the fastest-growing startup cities in the United States.[12]
