Yogesh Sawhney is an Indian politician from the Indian National Congress, in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. He was Member of Legislative Assembly of Jammu and Kashmir from 2002- 2008, elected from Jammu East Assembly Constituency. He served as Minister of State in the Government of J&K from 2003 - 2005.

He is presently Vice President, Jammu and Kashmir PCC.

Notably, he also served as OSD to Union Minister of Health between 2012-2014.^[1]^[2]
