The AWE XR Hall of Fame recognises individuals whose work has "significantly advanced the fields of augmented reality, virtual reality, and mixed reality (collectively referred to as XR), along with spatial computing and computer vision technologies"[1].It was announced on 24 April, 2024 by the Augmented World Expo USA.[2][3][4]
History
[edit]It was announced in 2024 with the induction of 101 individuals to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the Augmented World Expo.[5][6][7][8]
The expo took place from the 18-20th June in Long Beach, California.[9][10][11]
