William Polk (1752 – December 2, 1812) was a justice of the Maryland Court of Appeals from 1806 to 1812.
Polk was one of six judges appointed to a newly restructured court of appeals by Governor Robert Bowie on January 20, 1806.[1]
Polk served until his death.[1]
