Draft:White boy riding his bicycle in the hood after Hurricane Michael

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

In 2011, Hurricane Michael flooded the city of Kinston, NC. My question: why are the worst areas of the city always relegated to the banks of the river? You never see the rich people living any where near the flood prone zones. This video demonstrates my case: The bureaucrats in Raleigh, not caring about anybody else in this State, unleashed the dam which sent torrents of rainwater which flooded the cities down river - including Kinston. This is not the first time they have done this. Raleigh bureaucrats did the same deed after Hurricanes Fran in 1996, and Floyd, in 1999.

Name of the video on my page: HURRICANE Michael flooded North Carolina's MOST DANGEROUS HOOD! You can watch the video proof on my Youtube page, Wild Man Chris.

In spite of the unconscious desire to put the "undesirables" in the worst areas of a city these people living in the hood maintain a good attitude. I am a white boy, riding my bicycle, through the worst areas of the hood in Kinston NC. The electricity is dead. Nevertheless we share some light moments rapping.Λ
