Wander To Wonder is a 2023 Dutch-Belgian-French-English animated short film written and directed by Nina Gantz[1]. The 14-minute animated film about the different ways of grieving[2] has been selected in various international film festivals[3], including Brussels Anima Festival and the Venice Film Festival. The film also received the Best British Short Film Award[4] at the 2024 British Independent Film Awards.

Plot

Set in the world of an ‘80s children’s TV show called Wander to Wonder, Mary, Billybud, and Fumbleton find themselves stranded in the studio after the show’s creator passes away. With no one to guide them and food becoming scarce, they press on, creating increasingly bizarre episodes to keep their audience entertained.
