Comment: The fact that this work exists and is by Chopin does not necessarily mean it is itself intrinsically notable. Cited sources do not confirm WP:SIGCOV. Aside from the AllMusic citation, all are passing mentions; even AllMusic is only a blurb. Is there in-depth and sustained coverage of this particular work available? The Waltz No. 16 in A-flat major, B. 21, WN 28, KK IVa/13, P. 1/13, is a waltz composed by Frédéric Chopin for solo piano. It was completed sometime in 1827–30, however it was not published until 1902 from a manuscript in possession of the Józef Elsner family.^[1]^[2] The piece is in ³
₈ time, unlike his other waltzes which are in ³
₄ time.^[3]

The composition is fast-paced and energetic. A performance of it lasts about a minute or longer.^[4]
