Vichenzo Tahapary (born in Kesteren[1] on September 23, 1999) is a Dutch singer. He became known for his participation in The Voice of Holland 2017.

Biography

In 2010, Vinchenzo participated in the program My Name Is Michael, and in 2012 in The Voice Kids, where he made it to the sing-offs. In 2017, he participated in the 'adult' edition of The Voice of Holland, where he reached the final and came third. During that final he performed his first single Steady Love. Later that year he covered the song "Energie" by Ronnie Flex and released his second single called "Daily". The song reached number 7 in the Dutch iTunes Top 100 and earned Vinchenzo a gold record. The song also appeared in the Hungarian and Slovak iTunes Charts. Here it reached places 53 and 64 respectively. The second single Mona Lisa peaked at number 81 in the Dutch iTunes Top 100. Headphone was made with 94% in Maak t or kraak t by Radio 538 and peaked at number 7 in the Tipparade.

In 2019, Vinchenzo participates with model Nochtli in the program Dance Dance Dance on SBS6 where he lost to OG3NE in the final.

In 2023 he participated in the second season of the RTL 4 program Better Than Ever.[2] He managed to win his episode of the program with the song A Song For You, reaching the final of the program. In the first round of the final he sang Man In The Mirror, after which the fellow finalists decided that he and Julia Zahra could advance to the second round. There, both finalists performed a duet with coach and singer Waylon. Vinchenzo sang the song How Come, How Long which earned him the win from the program. As a result, he won €25,000 to spend on his music career. On May 26, 2023, Vinchenzo released his first new song in years.
