Varun Choudhary (born February 6, 1995, in Delhi, India) is an Indian politician serving as the National President of the National Students' Union of India (NSUI), the student wing of the Indian National Congress.
Early Life and Background
[edit]Varun Choudhary was born on February 6, 1995, in Delhi, India.[1] He started his political career as the youngest elected Secretary in the history of the Delhi University Students' Union (DUSU) in 2012.[2]

[edit]In 2024, Varun Choudhary was appointed as the National President of NSUI.[3]
Advocacy and Movements
[edit]Choudhary has been involved in various student movements in India:
- In 2024, NSUI protested against the rigging of the NEET exam.[4] He also led protests against statements by BJP MP Anant Kumar Hegde regarding changes to the Indian Constitution.[5]
Recent Activities
