The Untitled NASCAR console game is an upcoming racing video game possibly simulating the 2025 NASCAR season. It will be developed by Monster Games and will be published by iRacing in the fall of 2025 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Windows via Steam, and the Nintendo Switch.[1][2]
License of Motorsport Games and License sell to iRacing[edit]
Following the controversial releases of NASCAR 21: Ignition and the the next gen cars on NASCAR Heat 5 by Motorsport Games, many fans called out Motorsport Games for the lack of updated paint schemes, as it was released in 2023. On October 5, 2023, it was announced that Motorsport Games sold the lisense for the exclusive NASCAR video game to iRacing.[3] The sell was praised by many people.
Development[edit]
On Feburary 8, 2024, it was reported that the Upcoming NASCAR game will be using the Unreal Engine, an engine that had been used on the the previous NASCAR Heat series, and NASCAR: Dirt to Daytona.[4]
