The United States tricentennial (US: tri′sen ten′ē əl) (UK: trʌɪsɛnˈtɛnɪəl) is an event on July 4th 2076 and the event of the 300th year since the Declaration of Independence in 1776, This follows the Bicentennial of 1976, a 100 years earlier and the Semiquincentennial of 2026, a 50 years earlier, a which saw major celebrations from coast to coast.
