This shift marked a transition from hardware manufacturing to a broader focus on IT services and support.

In 2012, US itek moved its headquarters to a new $1 million facility on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Tonawanda. The new building was designed to be a "living showroom," allowing clients to experience the company's products and services firsthand.
