Tryphena Hewett (born 22 October 2005) is an Australian pole vaulter. She was a bronze medalist at the 2024 World Athletics U20 Championships.[1]

Early life

She attended Heights School in Adelaide, South Australia.[2]

Career

In January 2024, she made two qualifying jumps for the U20 World Championships in the pole vault. That month, she also cleared 1.80 metres in the high jump.[3]

In August 2024, she won a silver medal in the pole vault at the 2024 World Athletics U20 Championships in Lima, Peru.[4][5]
