TITAN Containers A/S is a privately-owned Danish company that rents and sale shipping containers for storage applications.

Overview[edit]

Layland Barker founded TITAN in 1987. It has offices in 25 countries across three continents and more than 200 depots globally.[1][2] It operates under five brands, TITAN Containers, ARCTISTORE, Self Storage By TITAN Containers, OFFSHORE TITAN, TITAN 4 PEOPLE.[3][4][5]

In December 2019, Kirk Kapital acquired 30% of TITAN Containers A/S by investing around DKK140 million.[6][2]

In November 2023 TITAN appointed Søren Skov Mogensen as CEO and Søren Søgaard Suhr as CFO.[7][8]

Acquisitions[edit]

TITAN acquired ArcticStore in 2008 and in 2009 acquired Container Exchange.[3] In 2010 Boxtainer was also acquired, and this was followed by AB Containers acquisition in 2012.[3] It also completed the acquisition of ALPHA Containers in Denmark in 2023.[9]
