The Young Artists (also known as TYA[1]) are an American indie pop-rock band from Matawan, New Jersey[2]. The group are mostly known for their single "Rumors" from the album Dazed. The band was originally formed as D.K.L.M at Lloyd Road Elementary School on June 24th, 2022. [1] The current lineup includes, Kyrese Robinson (lead-vocalist), Felix Greer (Drums), Noah Modzelewski (Bass), and Andi Polozzi (Trumpet). [1] The group releases their music under their own label, The Young Artists Association[3].

Their first single, "Welcome To The Show", was released on June 18th, 2024. With singles, "Cut To The Chase", "Rumors", "Too Many Problems", and "Follow The Trend" coming after in that order. The band also released their debut album "Dazed" on June 24th, 2024[4] featuring all of the previously mentioned singles. The band has also released covers of "Pompeii" by British indie pop group Bastille, and "100 Bad Days" by American indie pop band AJR. The band has also covered other artists like Nirvana, Green Day, All Time Low, and Panic! At The Disco during live performances. The band has also preformed at Oakhurst Greenfest 2024.

The band has exclusively released music on their SoundCloud page, including the EP, "The Tragedy Sessions", and has plans to release a second album in the near future.
