The song was released on May 22nd, 2020. It resulted from a thread on Twitter from April 3rd, of which a screenshot was taken and used for the song art.
Podcast
[edit]Johnston co-hosts a podcast with Bug Hunter (band) called Jam Mechanics in which they use self-given challenges in order to write songs. As of October 2nd, 2024, there have been 21 episodes across 2 seasons; one episode being a retrospective of the first season.
Personal Life
[edit]According to their song Broken People, Johnston is a vegetarian.
They are a fan of Doctor Who.[10][11]
