The MARTA Bowl refers to the name of an college gridiron football match between the Georgia State University Panthers and the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets played on August 31, 2024 at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta, GA. Despite the proximity between the two schools, this was the first time they had ever played each other in a football game. The match's nickname is derived from the schools' proximity to each other and by the fact that they can both be reached by the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA). The game ended in a Georgia Tech victory with a final score of 35-12.
